These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of usecurrentleads.com and the services provided by CurrentLeads ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
CurrentLeads provides a done-for-you missed-call text-back service for businesses, including automated SMS follow-ups, appointment booking, and appointment reminders, built and managed on your behalf.
Our service is billed at a one-time setup fee of $350 plus a recurring subscription of $250 per month. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If your missed-call text-back system is not live and working within your first 30 days of service, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund your first month's subscription in full. Setup fees are non-refundable once your system has been built and delivered. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase.
By opting in to text messages from CurrentLeads, you agree that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations, including obtaining proper consent from your own customers before messaging them.
Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurrentLeads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
